Paras Health has announced the elevation of Mr. Vineet Aggarwal to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), marking a strategic move to further strengthen the organization’s operational leadership. Mr. Aggarwal, previously serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), steps into his new role with immediate effect, bringing over 22 years of cross-industry experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media, telecom, and IT/ITES sectors.

Since joining Paras Health in September 2021, Mr. Aggarwal has played a pivotal role in driving key operational and strategic initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing digital transformation, enhancing patient engagement, and streamlining business processes, significantly contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency.

Under his leadership, Paras Health has witnessed substantial advancements in technology adoption and operational workflows, resulting in improved patient outcomes and organizational agility. Mr. Aggarwal’s collaborative approach and strategic vision have positioned Paras Health as a forward-thinking healthcare provider, embracing innovation while maintaining its patient-centric focus.

A seasoned global technology leader, Mr. Aggarwal brings 22 years of expertise in building high-performing ecosystems, fostering employee engagement, and establishing strong business relationships. With over 18 years of dedicated IT leadership experience, he has successfully managed end-to-end IT operations, encompassing strategy, technological innovation, service delivery, information security, and governance, alongside overseeing the IT function’s profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

During his career, Mr. Aggarwal has spearheaded multi-year digital transformation roadmaps and executed cutting-edge technology initiatives using AI, ML, NLP, RPA, Mobility, ERP, CRM, and SRM solutions. His work includes deploying speech-enabled chatbots and advanced IT infrastructure, directly enhancing top-line growth while optimizing bottom-line efficiency. These advancements have delivered substantial benefits to employees, customers, and partners, including international business support.

His consulting expertise extends across process and technology domains, covering procurement, logistics, media advertisement management (MAM), service operations, marketing automation, analytics, customer experience management, finance effectiveness, data center operations, and IT governance.

Having held prominent roles with PwC and Siemens in management consulting, Mr. Aggarwal has garnered extensive global experience, including projects in the United States, United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka. His industry expertise spans healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media and entertainment, telecom, IT/ITES, hospitality, and engineering services.
