Innovaccer Inc., a prominent healthcare AI company, has successfully raised $275 million in its Series F funding round. This financing, comprising both primary and secondary investments, was led by a consortium of distinguished investors, including B Capital Group, Banner Health, Danaher Ventures LLC, Generation Investment Management, Kaiser Permanente, and M12.

This latest funding milestone brings Innovaccer’s total capital raised to an impressive $675 million and positions the company for significant advancements in healthcare technology. The funds will be directed towards enhancing Innovaccer’s Healthcare Intelligence Cloud, expanding its developer ecosystem, and deepening collaborations with its existing customer base.

Driving Transformation with AI

Founded in 2014, Innovaccer has been at the forefront of leveraging AI and data analytics to address some of the healthcare industry’s most pressing challenges. The company’s Healthcare Intelligence Cloud currently serves over 130 healthcare organizations, including six of the top ten health systems in the United States, as well as public-sector partnerships with counties like San Mateo and Alameda. Innovaccer’s solutions empower healthcare providers to modernize patient experiences, streamline administrative workflows, and implement value-based care initiatives.

The company plans to expand its platform by introducing advanced AI-driven tools such as clinical decision support, care management systems, utilization management, prior authorization, and contact center functionalities. These innovations aim to make healthcare more predictive, personalized, and efficient.

Over the past five years, Innovaccer has achieved a remarkable 50% year-on-year revenue growth, driven by the increasing adoption of its platform across healthcare organizations. Recent acquisitions of Cured and Pharmacy Quality Solutions have further enhanced Innovaccer’s capabilities in healthcare data management and quality improvement.

Innovaccer’s Expanding Role in Global Healthcare

With a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, Innovaccer has earned multiple Best-in-KLAS awards in categories such as Data and Analytics, Population Health Management, and CRM.
