Eli Lilly, a major pharmaceutical company, has recently unveiled its new digital health initiative named LillyDirect. This innovative platform is designed to provide comprehensive digital healthcare services to individuals suffering from diabetes, obesity, and migraines. LillyDirect notably features a digital pharmacy component, LillyDirect Pharmacy Solutions, enabling patients to conveniently order select Lilly medications online. These medications are then delivered directly to their homes through a partnered online pharmacy fulfillment service.

Additionally, LillyDirect provides access to independent telehealth services, allowing patients to consult healthcare providers remotely. The platform also includes a feature for locating in-person healthcare providers in the patient’s vicinity.

Frank Cunningham, the Group Vice President of Global Value and Access at Lilly, highlighted the increasing reliance of people on digital solutions for various daily needs, including healthcare. He expressed the company’s aspiration for LillyDirect to deliver a groundbreaking, comprehensive digital health management experience. This service aims to ease the process of accessing medications and managing health, thereby helping patients to focus on their everyday lives.
