As per the statement, the Delhi government will undertake surveys across the city for ensuring every citizen’s eHealth Card is processed. These next-gen cards will also be processed at hospitals and other dedicated centres. The HIMS, it said, will be equipped with a dedicated helpline for the convenience of people. Such helplines will also address the grievances of people. The setup of these helpline centres is to be completed within three months.
