Hyderabad’s NephroPlus, a Dialysis care network, is reportedly augmenting its operations to provide dialysis to Covid-19 positive patients in over 120 centres in 90 cities of India.

The company’s step is aimed at helping dialysis patients with the Covid-19 for obtaining timely dialysis care in these centres tapping into in-hospital dialysis sessions or the company’s specialised services of Dialysis on Wheel or DOW and Dialysis on Call or DOC.

Vikram Vuppala, the company’s Founder and CEO has said that as a “leading” dialysis provider in the country, NephroPlus takes responsibility for providing all dialysis patients with quality care during unprecedented times. The company, he added, will ensure that dialysis patients receive timely services, at home or in the hospital.

NephroPlus has reportedly hired an additional skilled technicians in the company’s centres to be able to cater to the increasing count of Covid-positive patients who need dialysis care.
