aiims exams postponed

In the light of evolving situation due to the Covid-19 outbreak, The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has decided to postpone entrance examinations for BSc (H) Nursing and MSc Courses for the 2021 session. The entrance exams for these courses were scheduled for 14 June 2021.

AIIMS said that it will notify about the new dates for conducting the exams in “due course” of time on its official website www.aiimsexams.ac.in

“In view of evolving situation due to covid-19 outbreak the competent authority of AIIMS has decided to Postpone the conduct of following entrance examination scheduled in June 202. The revised dates for conduct of the said examination will be notified in due course of time through website www.aiimsexams.ac.in,” AIIMS said in a notice.

Candidates of General category who have cleared the 12th Standard board examination with Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English with at least 55% marks, and candidates of ST and SC categories who have cleared the board exam with the subjects with at least 50% marks can apply for the AIIMS courses.

Prior to the postponement of these entrance exams, AIIMS was to issue Admit Cards for its BSc (H) Nursing entrance exam on July 2. AIIMS has told candidates to log into its official website aiimsexams.ac.in to be able to acquaint with important announcements of the examinations.
