Shubhanjan Das appointed Additional Secretary–Health & Family Welfare, West Bengal

In a bureaucratic reshuffle, Shubhanjan Das, currently holding a key post in the School Education Department, has been appointed Additional Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.
He is a 2005-batch IAS officer of West Bengal Cadre. Currently, he was holding the post of State Project Director, Paschim Banga Sarva Shiksha Mission (PBSSM), West Bengal.
In past, he served at various key positions including Additional Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Government of West Bengal.
