Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has gone into self-quarantine after he shown symptoms of cough, sore throat and fever, sources said. He will get himself tested for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Tuesday.

A report says Kejriwal had symptoms of fever from Sunday. He has kept himself self-quarantined at home on the suspicion that he might be infected with the virus.


After Chief Minister complained of fever and other possible symptoms of COVID-19, all his meetings have been cancelled.

On Sunday, he had addressed video conference where he announced that all hospitals of the Delhi government and some private ones would be reserved for Delhi residents.

The National Capital is in the grip of corona with the cases are rising in unprecedented manner. With huge spike in daily figure, the total tally has crossed 27,000 mark.
