The National Testing Agency has extended the deadline to make corrections in the NEET UG 2020 application forms.
In the wake of the fourth lockdown due to the coronavirus crisis, the National Testing Agency has extended the application correction facility. Candidates who are set to appear for the exam and had applied for the same can now make changes regarding personal information and centres in the application form till May 31.
The decision comes as the fourth spell of national lockdown is about to begin, though several relaxations are likely to be given this time.
“Keeping in mind the hardships faced by the NEET UG-2020 applicants due to #COVID19 pandemic, I have advised @DG_NTA to allow the applicants to make corrections for one last time in Candidate particulars and Choice of centre cities in the online application form,” HRD Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said in a tweet.
On May 5, through a live session, he announced the exam date of NEET 2020, which is July 26.
The link to make the changes in the NEET UG 2020 application form is available on the official website – ntaneet.nic.in. Candidates need application number and password to make changes for the last time in the form.
