The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna, has sought online applications for recruitment of various vacant faculty posts at the institute.

Applications have been invited to fill 47 posts in various capacities comprising Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor through direct recruitment.

The online registration-cum-application process has already started from May 12, 2020 and candidates can do so till June 25, 2020 by 9:00 pm.

There are eight vacant posts of Professor, six Additional Professor, 14 Associate Professor, and 19 Assistant Professor and candidates would fill the same.

The notification has stated different illegibility criteria including age, educational qualifications for the posts.

Candidates interested in applying for the posts must be in the age group between 50 to 58 years of age as on June 25, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

They should possess a specified medical qualification and a Post-Graduation Degree i.e. MD/MS in relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute with three to fourteen years of teaching or research experience as specified in the advertisement.
