The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has released the new schedule for admission into PG medical and dental courses for July 2020-21 session. The premier medical institute had to extend the dates due to Coronavirus outbreak and ensuing nationwide lockdown.

Undergraduate medical candidates can apply for various PG courses like MD Radiology, MD Paediatrics, MD General Medicine. MD General Surgery, and MD Obst and Gynaecology.

Students can check rescheduled dates on the AIIMS website.

A notification available on the official website states, “The validity of OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate shall be 05.04.2019 to 05.06.2020 (both date inclusive). Any certificate issued within this period shall be accepted. Only those with accepted Basic Registration can proceed for Generation of Code for Final Registration.”

“Candidate requiring correction in Final Registration, the edit panel will be available from 01.05.2020 to 08.05.2020 upto 05:00 pm. No corrections allowed after closing date of editing. Candidates may please note that change of category shall not be allowed after payment of registration fee and providing any wrong information may lead to cancellation of candidature. Examination city once opted cannot be change during editing. Date for uploading of OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate will be announced later,” it states.

Online examination would be conducted on May 3 and results are to be declared on May 9.
