Doctors from HCG Cancer Centre Delhi, cancer survivors and patients have come together and launched the Pink Hope Cancer Patient Support Group to support, aware and motivate cancer patients.
The Pink Hope Cancer Patient Support Group is part of HCG Foundation, it is a forum for cancer survivors which help cancer patients and caregivers to overcome their fear of the disease, and cope with the difficulties in treatment.
The Group motivates community-based approaches for awareness, risks, prevention and early detection of cancer with the help of public awareness campaigns, group discussions by patients, families and caregivers.
Dr. Ashutosh Chauhan “ Consultant – Surgical Oncology and Dr. Randeep Singh “ Consultant “ Medical Oncology “ HCG Delhi said, As specialist in cancer care, we understand the role of moral support, encouragement and confidence building in cancer patients during their treatments. So, with the launch of Pink Hope Patient Support Group in Delhi, it will not only boost other cancer survivor but patients who are undergoing treatment as well.

Our aim would be to support cancer survivors and giving patients the hope of revival. It takes a lot of positivity and determination to fight the disease. Through this group, we (cancer survivors) can support cancer patients and spread positivity around them.
