Indian ‘Diabetes Care Model’ to be Presented at ADA Conference

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) has invited the Coimbatore Diabetes Foundation (CDF) to present their unique Diabetes Care Model at a five-day conference to be held in Boston from June 05.
According to media reports, Dr V Sekhar, CDF Chairman said that the highlights of the model will be presented at the ADA’s 75th Annual Diabetes Scientific Conference, include ensuring quality of life for the people with diabetes, with lesser medicine and more focus on diet.
About 20,000 doctors are expected to participate from across the world at the conference, where research papers and new treatment methods will be discussed and presented, the report added.
