Post-consultation services such as diagnostics, nursing support, follow-ups, and continuous patient assistance ensure comprehensive care beyond the initial visit.

This innovation aligns with Kyno Health’s overarching mission to bridge the critical gaps in India’s primary healthcare segment, often the first touchpoint for patients, yet traditionally underserved. The company’s model focuses on immediacy, reliability, and personalisation, combining a doctor-led approach with strong technology integration.

This emphasis on quality and reliability has led to a 4.9-star Google rating and a 25% patient repeat rate.
