T-Pro, a global leader in AI-powered speech recognition and clinical documentation solutions, has reinforced its presence in India by opening new offices in Chennai and Bengaluru. The newly established offices will bolster support for T-Pro’s growing customer base across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. With a workforce of over 350 employees and contractors in India, T-Pro has been experiencing consistent growth, recording a 20% year-on-year increase since 2021. The Chennai and Bengaluru offices will initially accommodate over 20 full-time professionals specializing in software development, helpdesk support, and operations. Future expansion plans are also in place to scale up operations further.

Our new offices will enable us to enhance operational efficiency, scale our services, and deliver greater value to healthcare providers. The workspaces have been designed to facilitate collaboration, enhance productivity, and drive AI innovation in healthcare. Additionally, T-Pro is actively recruiting professionals in software development, AI research, customer success, and operations to support its mission of advancing clinical documentation technology.

T-Pro’s expansion in India is supported by Enterprise Ireland (EI), the Irish government’s agency responsible for helping Irish businesses scale globally.
