Dr. Gupta has extensive experience in hospital operations, IT system implementation, strategic budgeting, and cost optimization. He has played a key role in implementing digital health solutions in more than 25 hospitals across India and the Middle East. His tenure at Medanta Group of Hospitals saw him lead the largest multi-location HIS implementation, integrating HIS, ERP, and PACS into a unified system. Before joining TrioTree Technologies, he led IT and Operations at Taiba Hospital in Kuwait.
