Deepinder Goyal, co-founder and CEO of Zomato, has unveiled his latest personal venture, Continue—a startup focused on health tracking and mental wellness. This move reflects Goyal’s long-standing interest in health optimization and builds on his earlier investments in wellness-focused technology.
Continue, incorporated in April 2024 under the name Upslope Advisors, is still in its early stages. Goyal serves as the majority stakeholder, alongside Ashish Goel, a former Zomato and Blinkit executive, who is also listed as a director. The new startup aims to explore innovative approaches to personal wellness, with Goyal personally investing ₹50 lakh to fund the initiative, according to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) filings.

Describing the venture on the social media platform X, Goyal explained, “Continue is currently my personal health and wellness team. It’s entirely funded by me, tracking and researching ways to keep me operating at peak performance. Spending time with the Continue team feels like a workout in itself, helping me avoid unnecessary doctor visits.”

The startup’s website, Continue.com, is being promoted as “The Ultimate Health Tracker,” though detailed information about its offerings is yet to be disclosed. Goyal hinted that the team is developing new insights and expressed his aspiration to share their findings with the broader public once sufficient evidence has been gathered.

Goyal’s foray into the health space aligns with his history of wellness-focused investments. He previously invested $10 million in Ultrahuman, an Alpha Wave-backed startup specializing in health tracking wearables. Additionally, Zomato has recently emphasized employee well-being, appointing a chief fitness officer last year to promote a culture of fitness within the organization.
The launch of Continue also comes at a time when Zomato is diversifying its business beyond food delivery. The company recently acquired Paytm Insider, launching its events and ticketing vertical, District. Zomato now operates several business lines, including its core food delivery service, Blinkit for quick commerce, B2B vertical Hyperpure, and the new District initiative.

Goyal’s venture marks an important step in blending personal health optimization with emerging technologies—a trend that aligns with the growing emphasis on employee wellness and lifestyle tracking within the B2B healthcare sector. As the lines between wellness, technology, and business continue to blur, Continue’s progress will be closely watched by industry players looking to enhance performance through data-driven wellness strategies.
