Over 61 per cent of all deaths in India are attributed to lifestyle or non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Improper diet and lack of physical work or exercise are the major factors which contribute to lifestyle diseases which include obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc. To stay fit and healthy, we should follow the balance diet and daily exercise practices.
