iCliniq, an online doctor consultation platform that focuses on patients from Delhi and rural north India, has announced the launch of a Hindi version of its website for patients to seek medical expert advice and to consult a doctor online.
We are already offering phone consultations in at least 54 languages to cater to patients across the world. Apart from phone consultations, we are now offering our users the opportunity to consult with doctors on the website in Hindi, which will be particularly beneficial to Delhi residents and people who live in rural North India. Plans are on the anvil to expand into other regional languages after the successful launch of Hindi,” said Dhruv Suyamprakasam, Founder and CEO of iCliniq.
The new language feature will be immensely beneficial to patients who reside in Delhi and other parts of North India, particularly in rural locations. This new initiative is expected to drive an increase in traffic to the iCliniq website by 30 per cent, the company said in a statement.
Data unveiled by iCliniq showed that there are currently 135 doctors and 14.3 per cent of registered patients from Delhi on the platform. Insights also showcase that Delhi users normally use the iCliniq platform to consult with doctors on dermatology, obstetrics/gynecology and sexology.
