Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS) provided Dr. Bond with LBS Solutions “ Workforce Management Solution integrated with MDM (Mobile Device Management) that helped its field force to access real time business data on their tablets, a company statement said.

The workforce was provided with healthcare diagnostic software and other business applications. These business applications and data were secured by MDM on tablets operated by employees.

The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) facility was facilitated with the MDM, which was supported on Android and iOS platforms. The workforce was also provided personalised training by Tata Docomo Business Services.

The TDBS programme enabled Dr. Bond achieve operational efficiency, while giving a user-friendly platform to the employees to work. It not only brought uniformity and flexibility to the functioning of the company, but also took care of data security and data integrity which were key concerns of the organisation.
