Max Multi Speciality Centre, Panchsheel Park, launched a comprehensive and state-of-the-art Max Dental Health Clinic with Max Dental Laser Clinic and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Clinic on 27 April.

The clinics will provide the latest contemporary technology and expertise in oral treatment to address the growing dental health and cosmetic demand in the Delhi and NCR region. Max Dental Laser Clinic will provide the latest cosmetic technologies, including soft tissue diode laser along with world-class oral treatment. Similarly, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Clinic endeavours to address the growing prence of TMJ in the above region.

To officially announce the launch of the clinics, a Continuing Medical Education (CME) workshop was organised on the hospital premises. The event Let there be light was attended by leading healthcare experts.

According to the data available, about 60% to 65% of the general population has dental caries and 50% to 90% has periodontal diseases. Additionally, the occurrence of dental caries in children is about 50%, which gradually increases to almost 61.4% in 15-year-old children. It further increases to about 84.7% in individuals aged between 65 and 74 years. Therefore, it is critical to address this growing problem at the earliest. Due to lack of awareness and limited access to advanced treatment available for TMJ, millions go unattended per year. Max Multi Speciality Hospital, Panchsheel Park, aims to resolve this gap with their clinics.
