We are thus forced to look at other industries like retail and hospitality to obtain skilled human resources. This entails wasting precious time and money in retraining them. Our aim is also to open up new and more specialised avenues when Lack of critical skill set amongst the students limit their employability.”

Dr. Shuchin Bajaj, Director, Cygnus Hospitals said that “This will solve our problem of shortage of skilled manpower as we expand from 11 hospitals to 25 hospitals in the next two years. The lack of adequate quality supply has driven the need for Industry ready training requirements. Hence, we have stepped in to fulfill this need gap. Having to face this challenge on a regular basis and envisioning a vast scope for such specialization, it was imperative to use our internal talent and best practices to set up a management program that would benefit potential students with an aptitude for health related services for years to come”.
