Healthcare IT firm PALASH Healthcare with its Swarm HIE (Health Information Exchange) initiative has created a platform for the healthcare providers. The healthcare industry with the non- availability of HIE is not able to share, update and manage healthcare records.
The recently launched Swarm HIE will allow doctors, nurses, pharmaceuticals, other healthcare providers and patients to appropriately access and securely share patient’s vital medical information electronically. It aims to improve the speed, quality, safety and cost of patient care. It offers a web-based portal ‘Consulting Connect’ that bridges the gap between individuals and healthcare providers.
According to Dinesh Samudra, Founder and CEO, PALASH Healthcare, the objective of Swarm HIE is to create a complete ecosystem for healthcare. The Indian healthcare industry was carefully studied by the company before launching ‘Consulting Connect’. The company is confident that this will address the errors faced earlier by this industry and will be very user friendly for all the components of this ecosystem.
