tested, replicable, scalable & user friendly solution toadd value to regulatory services provided FDCA, Gujaratto G2G, G2B & G2C. XLN has been replicated in six otherstates and six other states are waiting.

Objective: To provide better, speedy, transparent andhassle free services to citizen, business community andgovernment departments.
Target group: District offices, laboratory, pharmacycouncil, CMSO, dealers, retailers & wholesalers, FDCAhead office etc.
Strength areas: XLN restricts pharmacist to work in onepharmacy only and prevent illegal multiple enrollment.It ensures quick and effective recall of Not of StandardQuality medicines through mass messaging. Also itprovides information in public domain, regarding dealers,NSQ drugs, blood banks etc.
Achievements: The solution helped to establish betterplanning and ution of duties by drug inspectorsthrough various alerts thorough XLN. It gives SMS alertsto all dealers for NSQ drugs, better recall from marketand protection of public health. So far the solution haswon two national awards and one state level award.
Key challenges: Challenges like shortages of hard warewhich they overcome by extending working hours andother government offices also helped.
