DM Healthcare, a leading healthcare conglomerate in the Middle East and India, has launched its second comprehensive Aster Eye Care Centre in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

The premium eye care centre was inaugurated by Mohamed Sultan Abdalla Al Owais, Ambassador of the UAE in India; in the presence of Mohamed Ghassan Shaikho, Ambassador of Bahrain in India; Sanjaasuren Bayaraa, Ambassador of Mongolia in India; Dr Azad Moopen, chairman of DM Healthcare; and Dr Manoj Rai Mehta, medical director of Aster Eye Care Centre.


Aster Eye Care provides services ranging from comprehensive eye care, routine vision testing, to the latest advances in the treatment of eye diseases. Advanced equipment are especially imported and are available for treatment of cataract, glaucoma, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, and paediatric eye care.

DM Healthcare has plans to set up ten Aster Eye Care Centres by the end of year 2013 across the NCR, Moopen said. In near future two centres are planned in West Delhi and Noida. All of these centres will be self-functional units with common knowledge, resources and data sharing platform to provide seamless service environment to patients.
