The idea is to reach out to the masses anytime anywhere with the help of dynamic products Tele Medicine and Tele Triage to begin with.

The service will be available at exclusive Aircel Retail outlets and at other Retail outlets as well. This service will be available to the consumers starting at `250 only.According to Dr Prathap C Reddy, Chairman, Apollo Hospitals Group, “Our partnership with Aircel will forever transform the way Healthcare is delivered to the citizens of this country and accelerate the Group’s vision of touching a billion lives. Our HealthHub will deliver quality healthcare services using a combination of brick-and-mortar and virtually delivered online services.””Aircel Apollo Mobile HealthCare initiative provides the best in medical care on mobile anytime anywhere. We will roll-out our services from Chennai and gradually go Pan India,” said Gurdeep Singh, Chief Operating Officer, Aircel. Tele Triage is a solution to manage patient health concerns and symptoms via a telephone interaction by doctors anytime, anywhere. This service provides a structured medical advice and a disposition based on the symptoms and is available round-the-clock, from qualified Apollo clinicians. It provides basic healthcare at the convenience of home. It is low-cost, high-quality innovative healthcare solution on mobile. In case the patient needs medicine (OTC) then the doctor can have it delivered to him through Apollo Pharmacy. In case of an emergency the doctor again can send an ambulance through the Apollo chain where-ever possible or if the patient needs to set up an appointment with a specialist then the facility will do the needful. This service will be charged to consumers at `45 per consultation.
