InterSystems Corporation announced that its commitment to customer satisfaction and support has been recognised through a prestigious 2009 European Hospital Information System Customer Value Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan.

The award was presented to InterSystems Corporation for ‘demonstrating high levels of customer satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty and retention through its enhanced product offering and customer service.’

Presenting the award, Konstantinos Nikolopoulos, Programme Leader, Frost & Sullivan, said, ‘InterSystems’ allegiance to its customers has been instrumental in the company’s success in the highly competitive healthcare IT market. InterSystems has also topped recent industry surveys on cost effectiveness, vendor utive involvement, job performance improvement, product quality rating and on-time implementation within budget.’
