Qatar is planning to emerge a regional model providing health care sector with a ground-breaking national e-health strategy by the beginning of next year. ictQatar has signed various agreements with leading ITC companies of Singapore. According to Hessa Al Jaber, Secretary-General of ictQatar, recently, government has launched a project named e-Schoolbag, a creative project for kids to enjoy learning. i-Government team is implementing Qatar’s “next generation” e-Gov strategy, which is focused on the customer. She further added that the health care sector is coming with a ground-breaking national e-health strategy. Qatar free wireless internet access programme would be available in three major parks in Doha.
